Rooted in the Capital Region of Upstate NY and reaching far beyond, Tommie is a 200HR RYT, barre instructor, and classically trained Pilates teacher with a deep passion for movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

From kids yoga classes and body-positive workshops to hosting transformative retreats, she creates inclusive spaces for all ages to move, breathe, and grow. Tommie is also a children’s author and a dedicated speaker on mindfulness and body positivity, blending education, empathy, and empowerment in everything she does.

One of my deepest passions is helping women love their bodies — especially through the evolving seasons of motherhood. I honor the physical and emotional changes that come with that journey and offer support that nurtures both body and soul.
